The objective of this session is to develop employees perspective and become more aware of the signs & symptoms of stress. Also to equip them with a useful takeaway intervention to help them re-focus in stressful moments and to feel calmer with a greater sense of control.

Following topics will be covered:

  • Change begins with awareness: Short interactive quiz to help delegates place themselves on a scale

  • Work & Home office hints & tips

  • Simple technique to help with stress reduction & re-focus

With our attention being pulled in so many areas and with increasing intensity, our lives aren’t getting any simpler.  How do we switch off, recharge and switch back on again when it comes to our work life?  A key contributor to being able perform at one’s best, is the ability to rest, reset and maximise available downtime. 

In simple terms, we need to recharge our batteries. 

 

This workshop is designed to help employees uncover where their current habits and routines stop them from resting effectively. Disconnection is essential to be able to reset and be effective the next day. Today's rest is tommorow's power.
